It’s a tale as old as time: Boy looks for Girl, Boy gets tired of bad luck, Boy hires a professional matchmaker. When Jimmy signed up for a dating service, he was hoping for a date. He didn’t realize he was about to meet his future.

Their first meeting was a digital date via Zoom. Jimmy, struck by Tori’s photos and feeling a mix of excitement and sheer terror, decided to prepare the only way he knew how: he wrote down a list of 25 questions. Yes, twenty-five. He had never prepared for a date like it was a final exam before, but he knew this one was different.

The Zoom call kicked off, and the "interview" began. Jimmy asked a question, Tori answered, Jimmy answered, and repeat. It was going smoothly until Tori picked up her laptop to give Jimmy a tour of her loft. As he watched her elegantly move through the apartment (and noticed her amazing figure), Jimmy realized two things:

They ended the call after an hour, but Jimmy knew he had to see her in 3D. They met for their first real date at Del Frisco’s in Denver. Even though the matchmaker offered them both other options, the choice was already made. Jimmy chose Tori. Tori chose Jimmy.
